I haven't received my order confirmation, what now?

Your order confirmation may have ended up in the spam folder. If you can't find it there either, something probably went wrong with your order. Please contact our customer support afterwards.

I got my shipping confirmation email but haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

A delayed delivery time can have different reasons for the transport service provider. Shipping generally takes 4 to 6 working days. If the status of your package in the shipment tracking does not change after this time, please contact our customer support.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your stored e-mail address with the shipment tracking. There you can check where your package is at any time.
